This structure offers greater flexibility and control, with the responsibility of securing any personal coverage remaining with you.
Are taxes deducted from my pay?
No. As a 1099 independent contractor, taxes are not withheld from your earnings. You are responsible for managing and paying your own taxes and will receive a 1099 form annually for reporting purposes.

Are there any start-up costs?
Yes. A $50 refundable deposit is required for each client program you select. This deposit secures your placement and confirms your commitment to attend and begin training as scheduled.
Do I get paid during training?
Yes. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will complete a client certification course rather than traditional employee training. During this period, you are compensated a preset rate for class participation and coursework.
You will also begin handling live calls during certification, earning additional pay. Full attendance and participation are required to successfully complete the program.
Do I have to pay any fees?
Yes. As a 1099 independent contractor, you are responsible for standard operating expenses such as internet service, required equipment, and in some cases a landline phone, depending on client requirements.
An administrative fee ranging from $25–$50 per pay period is also applied. This structure supports your ability to operate independently while maintaining access to professional opportunities and resources.
How much can I earn?
Earnings vary by client program. Most Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) earn between $11–$15 per hour, with select advanced programs offering up to $17 per hour.
As a 1099 independent contractor, your income is directly tied to your availability and performance—the more hours you service, the greater your earning potential.
What states do you currently contract in?
ALONJA Enterprises LLC currently contracts with agents within the United States, with some state restrictions.
At this time, standard opportunities are not available in the following states:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin. However, additional opportunities may be available in most states, with the exception of California, Delaware, Massachusetts, and Vermont, where contracting options remain limited.
