      Client expectations generally include:

      • Minimum 20 hours per month
      • 5 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday

      The largest pledge drive periods generally begin during:

      • December

      Many agents remain active even after their initial drive period concludes



      Agents may earn:

      •  Starting rates around $0.25 per talk minute
      • Increased rates up to approximately $0.32 per talk minute based on productivity
      • Average earnings often range approximately $13–$15 per hour depending on call volume and performance

      During high-volume pledge periods, many agents experience increased earning opportunities due to elevated inbound call traffic.
