Through this program, agents support members by helping them access non-emergency medical transportation safely, reliably, and efficiently. This service plays an important role in removing barriers to care, helping individuals get to medical, dental, mental health, and other healthcare-related appointments with greater ease and confidence.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out?

This is more than a customer service role.

This is an opportunity to help people navigate an essential part of their healthcare journey. Every call has the potential to create reassurance, solve a problem, and help someone move one step closer to receiving the care they need.

For those who want to work from home while doing meaningful, service-driven work, this program offers a strong and rewarding path forward.

This opportunity is especially appealing for individuals who want:

  • A legitimate and professional work-from-home opportunity
  • Greater flexibility in their schedule
  • The ability to support others in a meaningful way
  • Consistent service demand
  • A role where empathy, patience, and problem-solving truly matter

What You Will Be Doing?

As an agent in this program, you will speak with members daily and help coordinate transportation to and from important healthcare appointments.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting members with transportation needs related to healthcare appointments
  • Helping support members in their journey toward positive health outcomes
  • Resolving member concerns accurately and in a timely manner
  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns promptly and correctly
  • Assisting with issues related to previous appointments and transportation recovery when a scheduled trip has failed
  • Ensuring all procedures and workflows are followed properly
  • Entering accurate trip data into the system
  • Reviewing services with members and educating them on benefits eligibility
  • Collaborating with other departments to help resolve transportation and eligibility issues effectively

This is a role for individuals who can stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented while helping others through important situations.

What to Expect

Some interactions may involve members who are distressed, impatient, fearful, or anxious.

These moments can be challenging — but they also create an important opportunity to serve with compassion, professionalism, and confidence.

This program is ideal for agents who understand how to remain patient under pressure, communicate clearly, and provide support that helps people feel heard and helped.

If you are someone who can bring calm to difficult moments while still staying accurate, professional, and efficient, this opportunity could be an excellent fit.
