- System must not have any pending updates
- Webcam required during certification
- Dual monitors strongly recommended
- Apple or Android cell phone required for secondary code verification
Required Phone Line Options
Agents will need one of the following phone line types:
- POTS (Plain Old Telephone) line hard-wired to a wall outlet
- Cable telephony connected directly from router/modem
- Digital service connected directly from router/modem
- VoIP through a physical hard phone, meaning a tangible device on your desk
- Hardwired telephone and headset or keypad/headset, such as AGPTek or Plantronics

Starting Revenue
