Required Phone Line Options

Agents will need one of the following phone line types:

  • POTS (Plain Old Telephone) line hard-wired to a wall outlet
  • Cable telephony connected directly from router/modem
  • Digital service connected directly from router/modem
  • VoIP through a physical hard phone, meaning a tangible device on your desk
  • Hardwired telephone and headset or keypad/headset, such as AGPTek or Plantronics

Most Intervals Available

  • 5 hours required on Mondays and/or Fridays

    $14.00 per hour
